From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with a warm smile and a refreshing welcome drink. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I loved having a sitting area and terrace to enjoy the fresh air. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of keeping the room clean and tidy, and the room service was fast and efficient. this hotel provided a level of comfort and quality that is hard to find elsewhere.

Our stay at Terre Brune Hotel was a delightful experience. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, with a charming balcony that offered a lovely view. The pool area was relaxing and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. Plus, the Cloud spa was a hidden gem, where Mia gave me one of the best massages I've ever had. I highly recommend this hotel for a perfect mountain getaway.

We had an amazing stay in this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and provided fast service for our needs such as extra towels and room service. The hotel facilities were great, especially the pool which had a stunning view. The cleanliness was impressive and the breakfast was delicious. Moreover, the location was wonderful, with easy transportation and parking available.

My boyfriend and I recently stayed in a stunning hotel nested in the Faqra mountain region for a romantic weekend escape. the hotel was perfectly located just a few minutes' walk from the ski slopes, making it an excellent option for skiing lovers. the room was spacious and squeaky clean, and the bathroom was sparkling. We enjoyed the complimentary tea and coffee provided in our room, and the amazing breakfast buffet offered a wide range of delicious options. the staff was very friendly and always ready to help.

The room we got faced the dark walls instead of the stunning valley view. the complimentary mini-bar in the room had very few items, and we expected more.

Service was horrible. Housekeeping came in at 9 AM despite the "Do not disturb" sign on the door.

The hotel provides great facilities and a wonderful view. the spacious room and clean bathroom are top-notch, and the complimentary tea/coffee, minibar, and WiFi are fantastic amenities. Guests can enjoy a peaceful stay with polite and helpful staff who also offer recommendations and activities nearby. the breakfast buffet has plenty of choices, but it may be lacking if guests arrive earlier in the morning.

The WiFi signal could be improved for a better guest experience.
